DfG – DATA for GOOD Foundation

DATA for GOOD has developed a neutral platform infrastructure to connect citizens, companies, and public organizations in a digital ecosystem where data can be shared under the control of the individual citizen enabling new digital services for citizens and value-creating new insights for society and companies.

Data for Care is an international consortium lead by DATA For GOOD Foundation. As a part of CRANE (EU-financed project) DATA For GOOD delivers together with international partners an ecosystem and a platform where personal data can be shared by citizens and used safely for selfempowerment and informed health policy decisions.

As part of the CRANE project, DataEthics.eu’s Pernille Tranberg has researched and written the ethics white paper The Ethics of a Platform for Data Sharing, December 2025. Download it for free (in English). Listen to a podcast (in Danish) or find it on Apple Podcast, YouTube, Podimo and Spotify (search for the podcast called ‘Fremtiden Forfra’ and the title is ‘Datadeling’) where we are talking with CEO Annemette Broch. Read the blogpost about it in English and Danish.
