G\u00e5r du senere i seng end du havde planlagt, fordi din telefon f\u00e5r dig til at glemme (eller ignorere) klokken? Tjekker du din telefon konstant, ogs\u00e5 selvom der ikke skulle v\u00e6re en grund til at tro der var sket noget nyt siden du gjorde det for to minutter siden?\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">S\u00e5 er du ikke den eneste. Her tips til at bruge mindre tid p\u00e5 din smartphone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Sp\u00f8rger man <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tristanharris.com\/\">Tristan Harris<\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, tidligere design-etiker for Google, s\u00e5 er sociale platforme og apps specifikt designet til at manipulere vores adf\u00e6rd, s\u00e5 vi bruger mest mulig tid p\u00e5 deres produkter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">I kapl\u00f8bet om vores dyrebare tid, udnytter produktdesignere psykologisk viden om hvilke farver, lyde, layout osv. der bedst vil tiltr\u00e6kke sig vores opm\u00e6rksomhed og holde den fanget. V\u00e6lg \u2019Forenklet adgang\u2019 til opgaver der kr\u00e6ver din koncentration<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Skal du lave en opgave p\u00e5 din telefon, hvor du \u00f8nsker at holde dit fokus og ikke blive afledt til at tjekke andre ting? S\u00e5 sl\u00e5 Forenklet adgang til og begr\u00e6ns dig selv til kun at bruge den app du arbejder i. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Det fungerer ved at du g\u00e5r ind i den app du skal bruge, sl\u00e5r Forenklet adgang til, skriver en kode og derefter er det ikke muligt for dig at skifte til andre apps, f\u00f8r du skriver din kode igen og sl\u00e5r Forenklet adgang fra. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Placer Forenklet adgang i din Tilg\u00e6ngelighedsgenvej (se r\u00e5d 3.) eller i dit Kontrolcenter (se nedenst\u00e5ende) for at g\u00f8re det lettere at aktivere. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 IOS v\u00e6lg <b>Indstillinger<\/b> &gt; <b>Kontrolcenter<\/b> &gt; <b>Tilpas betjeningspanel<\/b> &gt; find <b>Forenklet adgang<\/b> og tryk p\u00e5 det gr\u00f8nne plus i siden<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">N\u00e5r du skal arbejde i Forenklet adgang s\u00e5 v\u00e6lg den app du skal arbejde i &gt; sl\u00e5 <b>Forenklet adgang<\/b> til (fra dit kontrolcenter) &gt; <b>v\u00e6lg adgangskode<\/b> &gt; <b>bekr\u00e6ft adgangskode<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Nu skal du skrive din adgangskode for at kunne skifte til en ny app.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">For at afslutte Forenklet adgang <b>tryk tre gange p\u00e5 hjem-knappen<\/b> &gt; <b>skriv din adgangskode<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>2. Sl\u00e5 alle notifikationer fra (med undtagelse af dem der kommer fra mennesker, du har k\u00e6r)<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Notifikationer bliver vist i r\u00f8d fordi det er en signalfarve der taler til vores hjerne og straks tiltr\u00e6kker sig vores opm\u00e6rksomhed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">De fleste notifikationer kommer dog ikke fra levende mennesker, de bliver genereret automatisk og kan v\u00e6re en m\u00e5de at v\u00e6kke vores nysgerrighed og lokke os tilbage til en app, selvom vi ikke havde planlagt at aktivere den og ikke har brug for dem i det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende \u00f8jeblik. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 IOS g\u00e5 ind i <b>Indstillinger<\/b> &gt; <b>Meddelelser<\/b> og sl\u00e5 alle notifikationer fra (som etiketter, lyde og bannere), med undtagelse af apps hvor andre mennesker \u00f8nsker din opm\u00e6rksomhed, s\u00e5 som: Beskeder, FaceTime, FB Messenger, Signal, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat osv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>3. V\u00e6lg Sort\/Hvid<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Farverne p\u00e5 vores sk\u00e6rm bliver brugt til at f\u00e5 vores hjerne til aktivere sm\u00e5 bel\u00f8nninger hver gang vi bruger vores telefon. Ved at s\u00e6tte din telefon til sort-hvid g\u00f8r du din telefon \u201dmindre tiltr\u00e6kkende\u201d for din hjerne og dermed hj\u00e6lper du dig selv til at tjekke din telefon mindre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 IOS v\u00e6lg <b>Indstillinger<\/b> &gt; <b>Generelt<\/b> &gt; <b>Tilg\u00e6ngelighed<\/b> &gt; <b>Tilg\u00e6ngelighedsgenvej<\/b> (i bunden) &gt; <b>Farvefiltre<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Ved at trykke tre gange i tr\u00e6k p\u00e5 hjem-knappen, kan du nu hurtigt sl\u00e5 farvefiltre til og fra p\u00e5 din telefon n\u00e5r du \u00f8nsker det.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>4. Skriv din adgangskode i stedet for at bruge Touch ID<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Hvis du gerne vil tjekke din telefon mindre (og undg\u00e5 at tjekke den ubevist) s\u00e5 sl\u00e5 Touch ID fra s\u00e5 du skal indtaste din kode hver gang. Ved at g\u00f8re det lidt mere besv\u00e6rligt at \u00e5bne din telefon, giver du dig selv en mulighed for at stoppe op og overveje om du virkelig har brug for at tjekke din telefon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 IOS v\u00e6lg <b>Indstillinger<\/b> &gt; <b>Touch ID og adgangskoder<\/b> &gt; sl\u00e5 <b>L\u00e5s iPhone op<\/b> fra<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>5. Brug s\u00f8gefeltet til at \u00e5bne nye apps<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"> Tr\u00e6k ned \u00f8verst p\u00e5 din sk\u00e6rm (s\u00e5 s\u00f8gefeltet kommer frem) og brug det til at finde de apps du leder efter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">At indtaste navnet, fremfor at swipe dig til ikonet, er lige pr\u00e6cis besv\u00e6rligt nok til, at du kan n\u00e5 at overveje om du virkelig vil aktivere app\u2019en. Dermed kan du begr\u00e6nse den tid du bruger p\u00e5 bruger p\u00e5 apps du blot \u00e5bner p\u00e5 grund af vane. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 Android brug s\u00f8geboksen p\u00e5 din hjemmesk\u00e6rm<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 IOS v\u00e6lg <b>Indstillinger<\/b> &gt; <b>Siri &amp; s\u00f8gning<\/b> &gt; sl\u00e5 \u2019Forslag fra Siri\u2019 fra<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>6. S\u00e6t Night Shift til at blive aktiveret automatisk<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Vores hjerne er skabt til automatisk at forberede sig p\u00e5 s\u00f8vn n\u00e5r dagslyset svinder ind og der bliver m\u00f8rkere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">De bl\u00e5 toner i lyset fra din sk\u00e6rm narrer din hjerne til at tro at det er dag, og dermed bliver du holdt v\u00e5gen l\u00e6ngere du m\u00e5ske har planlagt og ender med at bruge tid p\u00e5 din telefon i stedet for at sove. Ved at s\u00e6tte Night Shift automatisk til, vil din telefon gradvist sortere de bl\u00e5 toner fra, og g\u00f8re lyset fra din sk\u00e6rm mere gyldent, s\u00e5 din hjerne kan f\u00f8lge en naturlig d\u00f8gnrytme og g\u00f8re sig klar til s\u00f8vn. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">P\u00e5 IOS g\u00e5 til <b>Indstillinger<\/b> &gt; <b>Sk\u00e6rm &amp; lysstyrke<\/b> &gt; <b>Night Shift<\/b> &gt; <b>Planlagt <\/b>&gt; v\u00e6lg dit tidsrum<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\"><b>7. Sl\u00e5 \u2019Forstyr ikke\u2019 til planlagt<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Hvis du ikke kan undg\u00e5 at sove med din telefon i n\u00e6rheden af din seng, og af og til bliver forstyrret af din telefon fordi du har glemt at s\u00e6tte den p\u00e5 lydl\u00f8s, kan du v\u00e6lge \u2019Forstyr Ikke\u2019 til at blive aktiveret automatisk i det tidsrum du typisk sover.
