Danske virksomheder vil have adgang til flere af vores data for at personalisere\/m\u00e5lrette reklamer til os. De \u00f8nsker <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dr.dk\/nyheder\/penge\/bankerne-vil-med-i-din-indkoebskurv\">en \u00e6ndring af betalingstjenesteloven,<\/a> og det vil da ogs\u00e5 sikre mere fair konkurrence, fordi globale tjenester kan g\u00f8re det. Men det er forbundet med store risici, hvis det ikke g\u00f8res p\u00e5 en etisk forvarlig m\u00e5de, for forbrugernes digitale tillid er allerede i bund, og de eftersp\u00f8rger ikke personalisering, som Dansk Erhverv indikerer i DR. I hvert fald ikke hvis de bliver spurgt p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, s\u00e5 de forst\u00e5r, hvordan personaliseringen foreg\u00e5r.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Danmarks Radio stiller skarpt p\u00e5 erhvervslivets pres for at f\u00e5 adgang til vores betalingskorts-data. I <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dr.dk\/radio\/ondemand\/p1\/p1-morgen-2016-08-09\">P1 Morgen (2:25 min inde)<\/a> forklarer jeg, hvorfor personalisering ikke er en ny lettilg\u00e6ngelig guldgrube for markedsf\u00f8ringsfolket, for det skal g\u00f8res forsigtigt og med dyb indsigt i kundernes \u00f8nske, hvis det ikke skal \u00f8ge den i forvejen store digitale mistillid.<\/p>\n<p>I n\u00e6sten to \u00e5rtier har Amazon form\u00e5et at lave intelligent personalisering. Og n\u00e5r det handler om at modtage personaliseret indhold\/reklamer inde p\u00e5 den enkelte hjemmeside, s\u00e5 siger 29% af danskerne if\u00f8lge en repr\u00e6sentativ <a href=\"https:\/\/erhvervsstyrelsen.dk\/sites\/default\/files\/befolkningens_adfaerd_paa_nettet_tilgaengelig.pdf\">unders\u00f8gelsefra Erhvervsstyr<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/erhvervsstyrelsen.dk\/sites\/default\/files\/befolkningens_adfaerd_paa_nettet_tilgaengelig.pdf\">elsen\/IDA<\/a>, at det er et okay form\u00e5l i forhold til brug af cookies, som er det mest brugte v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at opsamle data og personalisere tjenester med. P\u00e5 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let &#8216;How comfortable are you with companies tailoring ads based on your past purchases&#8217; siger over 25% af alle briter, at det er de glade for. 39% siger nej. De fleste unders\u00f8gelser viser, at 50% af alle Millenials (f\u00f8dt omkring \u00e5r 2000) bruger adblockers &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foliomag.com\/2016\/mobile-ad-blocking-is-on-the-rise-among-millennials\/\">denne<\/a> viser faktisk endnu flere- og netop adblockers blokerer ogs\u00e5 for cookies, som virksomhederne bruger for at personalisere indhold og reklamer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datetisk personalisering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 hvordan g\u00f8r man det p\u00e5 en etisk forsvarlig m\u00e5de, hvor man ikke \u00f8del\u00e6gger sit omd\u00f8mme eller skr\u00e6mmer kunderne helt v\u00e6k?<\/p>\n<p>Der er i hvert fald to afg\u00f8rende ting at g\u00f8re:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Det skal v\u00e6re opt-ind<\/strong>. Kunden skal forst\u00e5, hvad han\/hun siger ja til og aktivt tilmelde sig, at virksomheden m\u00e5 bruge data til at personalisere med. Ikke som i dag, hvor folk aktivt skal k\u00e6mpe for at komme ud af det igen, fordi det sker helt automatisk, n\u00e5r man melder sig til en tjeneste via Terms of Conditions \/ handelsbetingelser eller via ja-tak-til-cookies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kunden skal have fuld datakontrol.<\/strong> Virksomheden er n\u00f8dt til at love sine kunder og give dem mulighed for selv at kontrollere deres data, fx at de kan \u00e6ndre eller fuldkommen slette sig selv hos dem n\u00e5r som helst. Unders\u00f8gelser viser, at giver man folk kontrol over egne data (dvs liv og privatliv), s\u00e5 er de ogs\u00e5 mere villige til at dele data med virksomheder. Retten til at blive glemt\/slette sine data bliver ogs\u00e5 en del af den nye persondataforordning, der tr\u00e6der i kraft 2018. Se <a href=\"http:\/\/dataethics.eu\/dataforordningmereendlov\/\">DataEthics whitepaper<\/a> om det her.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Derudover b\u00f8r virksomheder t\u00e6nke sig godt om, f\u00f8r de deler data med 3. part. En kvinde spurgte mig fornylig, hvordan pokker Facebook kunne vide, at hendes mor havde f\u00e5et alzheimer. Det havde hun da aldrig fortalt Facebook! Jeg spurgte om hun havde s\u00f8gt p\u00e5 Google p\u00e5 &#8216;alzheimer&#8217;, eller om hun havde v\u00e6ret inde p\u00e5 alzheimer.dk. Begge dele. Og s\u00e5 m\u00e5tte jeg jo forklare, at en hjemmeside som alzheimer.dk sladrer til Facebook om, at hun har v\u00e6ret derinde. Der ligger b\u00e5de Facebook og Google-cookies p\u00e5 den side. Det er f\u00f8lsomme data, og kvinden var skr\u00e6mt og chokeret over at opdage, at det er s\u00e5dan det foreg\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><em>Servicemeddelelse: Man kan blokere i sin browser for at sider deler data med hinanden ved at installere disconnect.me\/disconnect.
