Dermed bliver de data, som virksomheden indsamler mere eller mindre v\u00e6rdil\u00f8se.<\/p>\n<p>For at f\u00e5\u00a0kunder til\u00a0at dele rigtige\u00a0oplysninger, skal de\u00a0have tillid til dataindsamleren (brandet\/ virksomheden), og de skal b\u00e5de forst\u00e5 og se en fordel i, hvad det er de afleverede data bruges til.\u00a0Hvilke forhold du skal tage med i betragtning som virksomhed, konkretiserer marketingfirmaet Aimia p\u00e5 baggrund af en unders\u00f8gelse, de har\u00a0udarbejdet sammen\u00a0med Columbia Business School. (Link til unders\u00f8gelsen er indsat nederst i artiklen).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>85% \u00a0vil have mere at vide om, hvad de indsamlede data bruges til<\/li>\n<li>86% \u00a0\u00f8nsker st\u00f8rre kontrol med de data, som virksomheder indsamler<\/li>\n<li>80% vil kun give deres data til f\u00e5 virksomheder &#8211; og kun dem , de mener, de kan stole p\u00e5<\/li>\n<li>75% er bekymrede for, at de ved at dele deres data bliver m\u00e5l for marketing\u00a0kampagner<\/li>\n<li>59% har fors\u00f8gt at forhindre virksomheder i at tracke dem<\/li>\n<li>34% har afleveret falske informationer for at undg\u00e5 at afgive personlige<br \/>\noplysninger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Aimia har defineret fire personaer\u00a0&#8211; data-sharing mindsets:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De aktivt selvforsvarende (de fleste)<\/li>\n<li>De bevidste i kontrol (ca. hver fjerde)<\/li>\n<li>De resignerende\u00a0(ca. hver fjerde)<\/li>\n<li>De tager det, som det kommer (de f\u00e6rreste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2664\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2664\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2664 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-1024x480.png\" alt=\"datasharing-mindsets-aimia\" width=\"1024\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-1024x480.png 1024w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-300x141.png 300w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-220x103.png 220w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-250x117.png 250w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-355x166.png 355w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-730x342.png 730w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia-90x42.png 90w, https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/datasharing-mindsets-aimia.png 1367w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2664\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Fra Aimia\/ Columbia Business School unders\u00f8gelse<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>S\u00e6rligt den information, der er knyttet til en person, dvs. navn, adresse f\u00f8dselsdag og kontaktoplysninger, har kunderne et\u00a0<em>\u00f8nske<\/em>\u00a0om at kunne holde for sig selv.<\/p>\n<p>Den gode nyhed er, at\u00a0har du f\u00f8rst f\u00e5et dine kunders digitale tillid, s\u00e5\u00a0er de indstillet p\u00e5, at dele flere oplysninger. S\u00e6rligt hvis der samtidig indg\u00e5r nogle fordele, s\u00e6rligt de kontante fordele som rabatter men ogs\u00e5 bedre service og anbefalinger, dvs. fordele med en indirekte v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n<p>Og det sidste\u00a0kommer de nye PIMS (personal information systems) til gode. Et PIMS\u00a0fungerer som en mellemstation mellem en (for)brugers personlige data, hvor brugeren kan\u00a0beslutte at dele nogle data med virksomheder, f.eks. gennem en t\u00e6nd\/sluk knap.
