Produkter i den digitale \u00f8konomi skal v\u00e6re etiske og sikre per design. Det er en af de vigtige konklusioner i en ny global <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/insight-technology-trends-2016.aspx\">rapport<\/a> fra Accenture.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"da-DK\">Rapporten udpeger fem fundamentale kr\u00e6fter i nutidens digitale \u00f8konomi. Udover velkendte f\u00e6nomener som automatisering og platform\u00f8konomier n\u00e6vner Accenture digital tillid som en afg\u00f8rende parameter. &#8220;Kunderne vil betragte de virksomheder, der h\u00e5ndterer [digital tillid] rigtigt, som f\u00f8rerfigurer.\u201d Hele 83 procent af de adspurgte topledere i unders\u00f8gelsen mener, at tillid er en hj\u00f8rnesten i en global \u00f8konomi, hvoraf en fjerdedel vil v\u00e6re digital i 2020.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"da-DK\">Konklusionerne er vigtige, fordi de er korrekte. Tillid er en konkurrenceparameter i sin egen ret, n\u00e5r det handler om data. Fordi vi har med et helt nyt interface at g\u00f8re. Borgeren, forbrugeren, kunden interagerer ikke l\u00e6ngere med en person, med med noget syntetisk i konstant forandring, sk\u00e6rm og software,<\/p>\n<p lang=\"da-DK\">En s\u00e5 flygtig brugeroplevelse kr\u00e6ver tillid til navne, virksomheder og institutioner. Og det er ikke kun kunderne, der kr\u00e6ver mere etik; 80 procent af videnarbejdere forventer st\u00e6rke etiske v\u00e6rdier og tilsvarende handlinger fra deres arbejdsgiver.<\/p>\n<p>Digital tillid som en integreret, strategisk st\u00f8rrelse er nyt for de fleste virksomheder, og Accenture foresl\u00e5r ledelse med specifikt ansvar for styringsmodeller og produktudvikling med indbygget etik.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\"><b>Etik p\u00e5 flere niveauer<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 vidt, s\u00e5 godt, men det afg\u00f8rende sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l er stadig ubesvaret: Hvad er tillid og etik i den digitale \u00f8konomi? Er det baseret p\u00e5 de samme v\u00e6rdier og parametre som i den virkelige verden? Eller, mere sandsynligt, har digitaliseringen ogs\u00e5 \u00e6ndret spillereglerne i denne arena?<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\">Indtil videre er der ingen helst\u00f8bte svar, fordi omr\u00e5det er nyt, hvilket som udgangspunkt er positivt. Digital teknologi bringer s\u00e5 mange forandringer med sig, at det fordrer af omtanke og diskussion. Derfor har min udm\u00e6rkede kollega Gry Hasselbalch beg\u00e5et denne kompetent tankev\u00e6kkende <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/dataethics.eu\/en-ny-etik-til-en-digital-tidsalder\/\">analyse<\/a><span lang=\"da-DK\"> om behovet for en ny digital etik. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\">I n\u00e6rv\u00e6rende sammenh\u00e6ng fokuserer vi p\u00e5, hvad virksomheder kan g\u00f8re p\u00e5 et tidspunkt, hvor mange sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, forretningsm\u00e6ssige, juridiske, moralske, stadig er \u00e5bne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\"><b>Trin 1: Beskyttelse udenfor<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>De fleste virksomheder r\u00e5der over en betydelig m\u00e6ngde personoplysninger, indsamlet til kommercielle form\u00e5l. Hvad udg\u00f8r tillid i den situation? Hvad kan virksomheden g\u00f8re? Beskyttelse.<\/p>\n<p>Kunden kan forvente, at virksomheden v\u00e6rner om disse data, s\u00e5 eksterne kr\u00e6fter ikke kan misbruge informationerne. Dette g\u00e6lder naturligvis kriminelle aktiviteter, men ogs\u00e5 overgreb fra statsmagten. Amerikanske tech-virksomheder har regelm\u00e6ssigt modst\u00e5et s\u00e5danne fors\u00f8gt, som i den aktuelle debat om kryptering og bagd\u00f8re. Apple er blandt de virksomheder, der n\u00e6gter at lade den amerikanske regering analysere brugerdata i terrorbek\u00e6mpelsens navn.<\/p>\n<p>Her har vi et bud p\u00e5 en p\u00e5 i hvert fald en delm\u00e6ngde af definitionen p\u00e5 tillid: Jeg forventer, at du beskytter mine data, med eftertryk. I Apples tilf\u00e6lde har holdningen betalt sig, da den amerikanske befolkning, og dermed kunderne, overvejende er p\u00e5 tech-virksomhedens side.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\"><b>Trin to: Tillid indenfor<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Men vi er langt fra f\u00e6rdige, og n\u00e6ste trin er mere kompliceret. Det kan godt v\u00e6re, data er beskyttet mod udefra kommende, men hvad med virksomheden selv? Mange borgere er med god grund b\u00e5de forvirrede og bekymrede, n\u00e5r det kommer til kommerciel udnyttelse af persondata. Hvordan skal virksomheden forholde sig?<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\">Her mangler vi stadig svar. Accentures rapport er ikke s\u00e6rlig konkret p\u00e5 det punkt, fordi det fortsat er en udvikling i fuldt flor. Og hvad mener borgerne, brugerne, ud over at de er bekymrede? Igen, ikke let. De digitale masser stemmer nemlig ikke med f\u00f8dderne, eller fingrene, endnu i hvert fald. Google kunne for nylig fort\u00e6lle, at s\u00f8gegiganten nu r\u00e5der over hele <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.popsci.com\/google-has-7-products-with-1-billion-users\">syv<\/a><span lang=\"da-DK\"> produkter med mere end en milliard brugere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"da-DK\">For at kunne navigere i dette farvand har den g\u00e6ngse virksomhed brug for nogle pejlem\u00e6rker, og de to f\u00f8rste, og m\u00e5ske, vigtigste, er transparens og autencitet. Tag <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/om.coop.dk\/koncern\/in+english.aspx\">Coop<\/a><span lang=\"da-DK\"> som eksempel. Tilgangen er, at teknologien giver mange muligheder, men de skal v\u00e6re til gavn for de 1,4 millioner medlemmer. Coop forklarer p\u00e5 en brugervenlig facon, hvordan de h\u00e5ndterer og beskytter data, som kan bruges til at skr\u00e6ddersy produkttilbud, til gavn for medlemmerne. M\u00e5ske har en medlemsbaseret forretningsmodel som kooperativer et etisk forspring p\u00e5 datafronten, fordi virksomheden udelukkende er sat i verden til at tjene medlemmernes interesser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"da-DK\"><span lang=\"da-DK\">Dette b\u00f8r dog ikke afholde andre typer virksomheder fra ligeledes at str\u00e6be efter transparens og autenticitet. Fordi det virker, ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r det ikke specifikt handler om data. Tag den amerikanske restaurantk\u00e6de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chipotle_Mexican_Grill\">Chipotle<\/a><span lang=\"da-DK\">, der har et femcifret antal restauranter fordelt over Nordamerika, \u201dSmart, afslappet og trendy\u201d, s\u00e5dan var Chipotles <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/3056461\/fast-feed\/live-updates-from-chipotles-unprecedented-company-wide-meeting\">image<\/a><span lang=\"da-DK\">, indtil k\u00e6den l\u00f8b ind i en massiv krise med bakterier og syge g\u00e6ster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"da-DK\">Chipotle tog det bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdige skridt, at man den 8. februar lukkede samtlige outlets for at have et storm\u00f8de med alle medarbejdere om krisen. Firmaet pr\u00e6senterede en r\u00e6kke nye, strenge tiltag, der skal forhindre lignende problemer i fremtiden, men det mest sl\u00e5ende var transparensen gennem hele seancen. Chipotle indr\u00f8mmede endda, at man endnu ikke havde fundet frem til den den e-coli bakterie, der havde for\u00e5rsaget hele aff\u00e6ren. Flere eksperter kaldte efterf\u00f8lgende Chipotles aktion desperat, men en anden udl\u00e6gning er modig. Chipotle satser p\u00e5 kundernes tillid. Og p\u00e5 at transparens, \u00e6rlighed, betaler sig. Fordi de t\u00f8r tro p\u00e5 deres kunder. Hvor mange virksomheder g\u00f8r det?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ANALYSE.
