{"id":13278,"date":"2022-02-17T15:41:23","date_gmt":"2022-02-17T15:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/?p=13278"},"modified":"2022-02-22T07:31:53","modified_gmt":"2022-02-22T07:31:53","slug":"artificial-intelligence-and-democratic-values-2021-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dataethics.eu\/da\/artificial-intelligence-and-democratic-values-2021-index\/","title":{"rendered":"Artificial Intelligence and Democratic Values 2021 Index"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In 2020, the <strong>Center for AI and Digital Policy<\/strong> (CAIDP) published the first worldwide&nbsp;assessment of AI policies and practices. <strong><em>Artificial Intelligence and Democratic Values<\/em><\/strong> rated and ranked 30 countries, based on a rigorous methodology and 12 metrics established to assess alignment with democratic values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2021 Report expands the global coverage from 30 countries to 50 countries, acknowledges the significance of the UNESCO Recommendation on AI ethics, and reviews earlier country ratings.
